If you send us an enquiry using the form on this website, we collect:

• your name
• your email address
• your company and phone number, if you choose to provide them
• the project or location you are asking about, if you provide it
• the message you write

If you contact us by phone or email instead, we will have whatever details you choose to give us in that message.

We do not collect payment details, identity documents, or any sensitive information through this website, and we never ask for them by email.

Only to respond to your enquiry, and — if it leads to work — to prepare a quote and deliver that job.

We do not use your details for marketing, we do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell, rent or trade them to anyone.

Enquiries are sent over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and stored in a database hosted by Cloudflare, with its primary location in the Australia and Oceania region.

Access is limited to the people in our business who need it, through a password-protected staff login. Cloudflare operates a global network, so information may at times be processed on servers outside Australia.

Nobody, other than:

• the providers who run our website and email systems (Cloudflare and Neo), who process it on our behalf
• where we are required to disclose it by law

If your enquiry concerns a project run by a builder or head contractor, we may of course discuss the enquiry with them — but only in the ordinary course of quoting or delivering that work.

We keep enquiry records for as long as we need them to respond and follow up. Where an enquiry becomes a job, records are kept for as long as we are required to retain business records, generally seven years for tax purposes.

You can ask us to delete your details sooner and we will, unless we are legally required to keep them.

This website uses no advertising cookies, no analytics cookies, and no third-party tracking. We do not follow you across other websites, and there is nothing here to consent to.

A single session cookie is used in our private staff portal, which is not accessible to the public and only applies to our own staff when they log in.

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, or ask us to delete it.

Email admin@signaturetileworks.com.au and we will respond within a reasonable time, normally within 30 days.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your personal information, please contact us first — we would rather fix it directly.

If we cannot resolve it to your satisfaction, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes will not be applied retrospectively to information already collected.
